Terms of Service — MIKAMOI

1. Service overview

MIKAMOI helps friends and family organize festive surprises (birthdays in particular). An Organizer creates a profile for a Host (a close one) and invites Guests to take part.

2. Organizer commitments

By creating an event, the Organizer represents and warrants:

• to be a close friend or family member of the Host and to act within a benevolent and festive surprise;
• to legitimately own the photos uploaded;
• to assume full responsibility for the use of data and photos on the platform, as data controller;
• to immediately remove any content that would harm the Host or a third party;
• to inform the Host of the existence of the account at the latest at reveal time, and to allow GDPR rights.

3. Host rights

After the reveal, the Host may at any time request the complete deletion of their account and data via the app settings or by emailing privacy@mikamoi.app.

4. Moderation

MIKAMOI may remove inappropriate or reported content without prior notice.

5. Limitation of liability

MIKAMOI acts as a technical provider. Responsibility for published content lies exclusively with the Organizer and the Guests.
